Welcome to the Silver Water Plumbing website. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

  • “Company” means Silverwater Plumbing Pty Ltd (ABN: 71 609 246 077) or any agents, contractors or employees thereof.
  • “Client” means the party requesting plumbing services from the Company.
  • “Services” means the plumbing services to be provided by the Company to the Client as agreed.
  • “Site” means the location where the plumbing services are to be performed.

2. Provision of Services

  • The Company will provide plumbing services to the Client as requested and agreed upon.
  • Services will be performed by qualified and licensed plumbers in accordance with Australian standards and regulations.
  • The Company will provide an estimate of costs prior to commencing any billable work. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues or complexities arise.

3. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide necessary access to the Site and work areas.
  • Ensure the Site is safe and free from hazards.
  • Obtain any required permits or approvals for the plumbing work.
  • Make prompt payment for Services rendered as per the payment terms.

4. Payment

  • The Company will issue an invoice upon completion of Services or as progress payments for larger projects.
  • Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
  • Late payment fees of 10% per month may be charged on overdue invoices.
  • The Company retains ownership of any supplied parts and materials until full payment is received.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • The Client must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booking without penalty.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments can incur a cancellation fee.

6. Warranty

  • The Company provides a 12 month warranty on workmanship for all Services provided.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to any supplied parts or materials.
  • The warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, damage, or normal wear and tear.

7. Liability

  • The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from pre-existing faults or issues with the Client’s plumbing, gas, or electrical systems.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to re-performing the services or the value of the services provided.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
