Silver Water Plumbing (SWP) Loyalty Service Agreement Terms & Conditions:
- Term/Duration – SWP Loyalty Service Agreement term is for a minimum of 12 months. The agreement and direct debit payments, can be cancelled after 12 months, giving SWP one month’s written notice.
- Payment – To be made by Direct Debit to SWP bank account monthly.
- Responsibilities/Scope of Work – Refer SWP web site under warranty details.
- Discount Stacking – Customers can select only one SWP discount per purchase.
- Claw back-SWP reserves the right to use claw back provisions to recover costs or materials related to unpaid services.
